Lash Return Policy:

1. Unused Lashes Only: Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused and unopened lashes. The original packaging must be intact and free of damage.
2. Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned lashes, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
5. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used, damaged, or customized lashes.

Careful Removal: Gently peel off lashes from the outer corner, ensuring you don’t tug on your natural lashes.

Remove Adhesive: Use tweezers or fingers to delicately remove excess glue from the lash band.

Clean Gently: Use a cotton swab with oil-free makeup remover to clean the lashes without soaking them.

Avoid Water: Do not submerge lashes in water to maintain their shape and quality.

Store & Reuse: Place lashes in their original case for dust-free storage, avoiding mascara on the lashes to ensure multiple uses.
